The kitchen, featuring an accent island with storage, opens directly into the living space for optimal entertaining flow. With walk-in closets in both bedrooms, a large foyer closet, and ample kitchen cabinetry, the Royal maximizes usable space at every turn. The covered balcony allows for a refreshing indoor-outdoor entertaining space that is perfect for a quiet afternoon or an al fresco dinner.

Annapolis is a very accessible city! Most destinations will be within walking distance of the property. There is also free public transportation called the Circulator. This trolley is available daily from 8 am to 8 pm. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are also available in the area.
