Upon entry, guests are greeted by a staircase that frames the open concept hallway leading to the living room and all other parts of the home. The family room opens to the deck and the backyard.

The property is located in a secluded corner of South Hamptons. Step outside for some fresh air and enjoy the backyard of the large grounds of the home, including the fire pit. This property is a 14-minute drive to Sag Harbor’s Main Street and a 10-minute drive to the village of South Hampton and Cooper Beach. There are a lot of nearby water activities like skiing and sailing available! You can go to the South Hampton`s day beaches, ocean beach, the village of South Hampton, tour the many local wineries, play miniature golf, or have fun skating! The activities are endless, to say the least!

The home is equipped with security cameras located on the exterior of the property. There are NO cameras inside the home. There are smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit available.

The home comes with high-speed internet access, hairdryers, an office bedroom area with dedicated workspace, a butler pantry, two laundry rooms, four functional gas fireplaces, an iron and iron board, the fire pit (new addition!), and Smart TVs for your streaming apps (Please use your own log-ins for Netflix, Hulu, etc and make sure to log out of your account prior to checking out).
