Fully ADA compliant the home has two large master bedrooms, one with a massive ADA bathroom and elevator to that leads to the downstairs family/game room. Close to Deer Valley, world-class hiking/biking/ATV/snowmobile trails, the Heber Valley Historic Railroad and famous blue ribbon fishing in the Middle Provo all within minutes. Located at the end of quiet cul-de-sac, the home has an oversized 2 car garage with room for multiple large vehicles and all of your gear.

The home is located just a few blocks from Heber's historic downtown main street. Restaurants and shopping abound and if you are willing to drive a few minutes, you will shortly be in lovely Midway just 5 minutes away. Park City is only another 20 minutes and Salt Lake City only 40 minutes.

This home is pet friendly and we will happily accommodate your furry friends. Here are the rules. Please indicate when booking that you are bringing pets and how many. We charge a $25 per pet, per night fee for pets. All pets must be kenneled if you plan to leave them at the home without supervision. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. You are responsible for picking up after your pet. If our cleaning crew has to pick up messes in the home or outside the home on the property, you will be charged a minimum $200 additional cleaning fee. All animals must be disclosed prior to your stay. Service animals are welcome but they must be disclosed ahead of time and documentation provided if required. If it is found that you bring a pet without notifying us (even service animals) you will be charged $50 per night per furry family member. Please report any damage a pet is responsible for immediately so we can resolve it immediately.
