Welcome to Maunaloa Shores condos in Hilo on Carlsmith Park with walking access to the ocean for swimming, snorkeling, sea turtle sightings and more tropical adventures. Our Penthouse unit is available for MONTHLY rent. It is a fully furnished two bedroom and one bathroom top floor condo with unique white water views of the beach below. Relax on the balcony and watch the waves roll in. Feel like taking a swim? You have choices of either the ocean just steps away from the condo OR the Maunaloa Shores swimming pool open only to residents and guests of the building (that's you!).
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, small appliances and large appliances for cooking. We have four barstools with backs for comfortable bar seating. Our living room hosts a sofa and comfortable chair. Enjoy basic cable channels or your own streaming channels on our SMART TV with free Wi-Fi included.
Our unit has two bedrooms. The ocean facing bedroom has a king size bed, dresser and large closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser and closet. The two bedrooms are separated by a clean and modern bathroom with a tiled shower and bathtub. Linens are provided including beach towels.
Occupancy 3 guests. This unit is not recommended for small children because of the open balcony. Monthly rates do not include State and County taxes, cleaning fee, damage waiver and credit card fees.
