About this place
Located in University City. One of the most safe and peaceful locations to stay in St Louis. Centrally situated, being close to downtown, airport and Washington University. The house is very close to the Delmar loop which boasts of multi cultural restaurants & chic cafes. The metro station is just a mile away. If you are a nature lover, there are 3 parks in the neighborhood where you can enjoy the weather. Great for students and visiting faculty.
The space
The room is VERY spacious. It’s in the basement and lots of privacy from the whole house. Guests would have their own private entrance to the space from the back of the house. When guests enter the house, they cross an unfinished part of the basement to access the room.
We have a NEWLY remodelled bathroom in the basement for our guests to enjoy with a modern stand-in shower!
