This newly remodeled home is furnished w/ stylish, quality decor and has everything you need for a Lake Tahoe getaway.
***All guests must electronically sign a Rental Agreement prior to being given access to the property at check-in. Contract will be emailed within 24 hours of booking and should be signed within 48 hours***
MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25
- During the winter months, outdoor furniture is unavailable.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without our approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.
- This home has a max overnight occupancy of 6 guests and a max daytime occupancy of 10 guests.
This friendly neighborhood is a favorite due to its prime location; the beach, private pier access and hiking/biking trails are all walkable, within just a few blocks! In the winter, the nearby trails offer wonderful snow shoeing & cross country skiing. You don't have to go far to experience the fun and beauty of the region.
If you're looking to explore the West Shore's wonderful restaurants, Sunnyside Restaurant & other great restaurants are a quick 2.5 miles. Homewood Resort is 3 miles and Tahoe City is 5 miles.
