No cats or any other domestic animals.
Please do not allow pets on furniture or beds
Please clean dog areas including back yard.
If left unclean, there will be a 75$ fee.
Please have pets use the bathroom on the left side of patio.
The grill is available for use, but you must provide charcoal and lighter fluid.
If left unclean, there will be $75.00 fee (cleaning utensils in the lower kitchen cabinet)
Please make sure grill fire is out completely after use.
Please leave all used towels and rags inside of the shower after your stay.
Please put all trash bags on the side of the house in the big trash can..
If checking out on thursday or friday, please bring trash can to the front curb.
For stays more than 3 weeks , you must provide your own linens and I will provide a starter kit
Please leave premises at the time of check out.. if guests are not out within one hour of check out you will be escorted by authorities..
