The space
Light, festive, airy, and lovely! Private and entire apartment is on the 2nd floor of a walkup. There are many upgrades mixed with old world charm and contemporary features. A window air conditioner is installed in the kitchen. This is an urban NYC style apartment. The apartment is a cozy, clean, and a safe home away from home in mixed community. It is a fast commute to NYC in a vibrant neighborhood with terrific restaurants. During warm seasons, noise can be heard from successful restaurants on the block.
This is a 1 Bedroom apartment with a queen bed tucked off to the side of the main open concept area to make a 2nd bedroom experience. The kitchen, dining, and living room are laid out open concept style. The dining table seats 3-4. The patio 5-6. The only bathroom is on the small side.
There are bright french glass doors leading to an outdoor roof deck. Enjoy some fresh outdoor space on the deck and do not enter the roof part. The roof is not safe for guests to enter.
