Centrally located and minutes from the University of Cincinnati, our place is not to be missed! This rental includes three separate apartments. These units have a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 in each apartment), and can sleep 12 people total! Easy access to major interstates and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping! Less than 10 minutes driving time to Paycor Stadium and Great American Ballpark! Whether you are in town for work or play, this is the place to stay! Free WiFi, onsite laundry, and free parking!
The Space:
Guests will enter through the main door of the building to access Units 1 and 2. Once inside, Unit 1 will be on the main floor and Unit 2 will be upstairs. To access Unit 3, guests will go through the black gate at the back of the building. Unit 3 has an exterior entrance.
Each unit has a living room, fully-equipped kitchen and a full bathroom, and large SmartTV.
Unit 1 has two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a lofted full bed with desk underneath.
Unit 2 is also a two bedroom unit. It has 1 king bed and 1 queen bed.
Unit 3 is a single bedroom unit furnished with a queen bed.
For your convenience, each kitchen is stocked with essential cookware and dinnerware!
Onsite laundry is available. Units 1 and 2 have a shared laundry space in the basement, Unit 3 has a private in-unit machines. Also available for use is the grill out back, it is shared between all units in the building.
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
These apartments are conveniently located less than a mile from the University of Cincinnati, major grocery stores, and restaurants. They have easy access to Interstates 75 and 71. Less than 4 miles from Great American Ball Park and Paycor Stadium!
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
