These units have a total of 4 bedrooms (two in each apartment), 2 bathrooms (1 in each apartment), and can sleep 11 people total! Easy access to major interstates and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping! Less than 10 minutes driving time to Paycor Stadium and Great American Ballpark! Whether you are in town for work or play, this is the place to stay! Free WiFi, onsite laundry, and free parking!
The Space:
Guests will enter through the main door of the building. Once inside, Unit 1 will be on the main floor and Unit 2 will be upstairs.
Each unit has a living room, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Unit 1 has a queen bed, lofted full bed, queen sleeper sofa, and large SmartTV. Unit 2 has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and SmartTV.
For your convenience, each kitchen is stocked with essential cookware and dinnerware!
Guests will have access to the laundry space in the basement. Also available for use is the grill out back, it is shared between all units in the building.
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

These apartment are conveniently located less than a mile from the University of Cincinnati, major grocery stores, and restaurants. They have easy access to Interstates 75 and 71. Less than 4 miles from Great American Ball Park and Paycor Stadium!
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
