Summary: The lobby looks gorgeous. The resort fee credits are value for money. Booked 2 rooms. Room #1 had a used hamburger in the fridge and was not cleaned properly. Room #2 safe was not working, sheets had coffee stains on it. Overall condition of the rooms were poor. Not well maintained. I did notify the front desk staff regarding these issues. We were told that we would be compensated for it but we weren't. Even after following up out the staff 2 weeks later. We were ghosted.
