Our South Mantoloking beach house is beautifully decorated and equipped with all the comforts of home. It has 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and very large fenced in backyard w new inground swimming pool & outdoor shower. The beach is a 30 second walk from the front door. The house comes w beach badges .... The beach is private and does have lifeguards on duty during summer months .While serene and peaceful here, you are near the action. You are only 5 minutes away from shops, restaurants and the boardwalk.
This house a truly our family's escape to Paradise. We rent to other families a few weeks during the summer. We offer use of all our linens, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys & boogie boards. Our kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking and relaxing in the yard with new pool Oasis installed in 2022
