Your unique rental, “The Tanner”, is a stunning, leather-inspired 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom loft, thoughtfully designed for relaxation, sophistication, and group stay enjoyment. Warm+cozy décor and rich+illustrious details are complemented by soaring high loft ceilings, extravagant exposed wood beams, and elegant custom designed accents. The property’s renowned designers worked tirelessly to craft and source one-of-a-kind pieces, capturing the true essence of The Artisan’s vision, while simultaneously creating the most unique and luxurious stay in Philadelphia.

The Tanner is located on the 2nd floor of our 4-story boutique building and is fully accessible via elevator. Detailed sleeping arrangements include 3x Queen beds as detailed here:

The building boasts a rich history, having once served as the studio of a world-renowned artist famed for his large-scale projects focused on light and glass. The Artisan's full restoration occurred in 2024, and it has been carefully crafted to maintain its historic character and original charm, while seamlessly integrating modern and comforting amenities. In total, the building encompasses 15 units across 4 stories, with each unit being carefully curated to a unique type of Artisanry. Additional features of the property include a single-family home ; large open-air courtyard with water and rock fountain ; multiple outdoor decks and balconies ; private gym ; and elevator access. GUEST ACCESS
Entire rental unit, shared access to courtyard, garden deck, common hall juliet balcony, and elevator.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
1) Non-registered guests are prohibited at the property, without our prior consent and approval; All approved guests must vacate the property by 11pm.
2) Excessive noise is prohibited and violators are subject to fines and penalties. If excessive noise results in disturbances to other tenants, we reserve the right to evict you and your group without refund.
3) Pets: Dogs are the only type of pet permitted. Size and type of dog must be approved in advance. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to approve or deny any and all pets. Approved pets result in a $95.00 charge before VRBO's taxes and fees.
4) Cleaning During Your Stay: Cleaning during your stay must be requested at least 48 hours in advance, and the cleaning may occur between 9am - 1pm at our cleaner's discretion. Cleaning cost will be billed in advance and at the cleaning fee rate.
