Located on a quiet & charming street in the Sans Souci neighborhood of Greenville. Newly renovated in 2022, our home is a short drive from nearby attractions. We’ve included plenty of amenities in this luxury stay so our guests can relax and unwind knowing they have everything they need and more! This home is the perfect stay for a romantic getaway, elevated business accommodation, or weekend retreat with friends.
We made this space for you in mind.
The space accommodates 4 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms, both with lots of natural light and closet space. The first has a comfy king-size bed and a very luxurious and modern ensuite attached, which features double vanities and an amazing tile shower complete with a rainfall shower head. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a private dedicated workspace for guests needing to get some work done during their stay. There is also a second full bathroom in the hall.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for cooking. It features beautiful countertops, new stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, and even a coffee station! Enjoy your coffee in the dining area, curl up in the cozy living room, or breathe in the fresh air outside in the seating area!
There is also a full laundry room for your use.
Access is contact free. We use electronic locks that are programmed to a personal code for each guest. We send codes 3 days prior to arrival. There are 3 steps to the front entry.

This home is located in the Sans Souci community, just 2.7 miles outside downtown Greenville. We are on a quiet, residential street that is close to everything you may need during your stay. Starbucks, grocery (Ingles), Chipotle, Old Navy, Five Guys, and many other eateries and retailers are just a 5-minute drive away.
Downtown Greenville is a 7 min drive away. Here you will find many amazing stores, coffee shops, eateries, breweries, and nature walks. Paris Mountain State Park is also close by, along with many other trails and parks.
Getting around the neighborhood is easiest by car. There are also Uber and taxis available for hire.
