Enjoy unobstructed views down Rosario Strait, watch passing ferries, seals and otters playing just off the huge front deck! Eat dinner outside and enjoy a drink under the stars in the wood-fired hot tub. There is a kayak rental shop (Orcas Island Kayaks) 200 yards away for exploring the bay or around the point to Obstruction Pass State Park. If kayaking is too much effort it's just a few steps to stroll along the flat, sandy beach. The huge, grassy lawn is perfect for croquet, frisbee, tossing the ball or letting the kids run around. Given the San Juans enjoy an average of 247 sunny days a year, relaxing in the sun is always a good option. Our Beachhouse is a comfortable, somewhat kitschy, four-bedroom, two-bath home that sleeps 8, plus a full-size crib. Our place comes fully equipped with firewood, all linens, kitchen utensils and basic cooking ingredients. This is our special, family retreat, but we make it available to others on a limited basis.
Our home includes all amenities and appliances needed plus a full size laundry room. Other features:
