The house is a detached house with garden, 2 floors, patio area, garage and the finished basement has a large room, laundry room and full bathroom.
The house is very clean and it is furnished of all the necessary for living, to relax and to eat (towels, glasses, dishes, cups, utensils, kettle, pots, bedsheets, iron, coffee machine, hair dryer, books, ).
The furniture are pretty new and access inside is allowed without shoes.
This house is a refuge from the stress and traffic from Manhattan.
Good restaurants, bakery, grocery, gas station are just a short walk away.
Walking distance to banks, medical center, post office and pharmacy.
Walking distance to bus stop and children park.
Perfect for walk and jogging.

The house is accessible to the three airports of NY ( 25 minutes from Newark, 30 min from Laguardia and 45 from JFK airport)
One small pet allowed, no smoking, no shoes inside. No buggage on the furniture and sofa .
Respect and decorum for the area, the neighbor and the house are required.
House is to be left in same conditions found.
Also kindly dispose glass and plastic in the red containers and everything else, closed in a bag, in the black downstairs (in the garage)so you don’t get fines from the town
