Conveniently situated on Frederick's Route 40 Alternate, one minute off I-70, and less than10 minutes from historic downtown Frederick. Secluded and quiet – yet, practically next door from golf, shopping, restaurants, antiquing, hiking, biking and lots more.
Enjoy all the charm and attractions of Frederick, or venture to nearby sites from the French and Indian War, the Revolutionary War, and the Civil War in four states and the District of Columbia (an easy drive). Nature is in the yard and sweeps up into the Blue Ridge Mountains.
30 minutes from Baltimore, 45 to Washington DC and Gettysburg, and only 20 minutes to the Grotto or Hagerstown & Clarksburg Outlets.
