Stay in this convenient West End neighborhood--10 minute walk to Old Port, 10 minute drive (or bike) to beaches. A very eclectic art and book filled 1 bedroom bungalow, Small urban outdoor deck and yard, entry way, kitchen, office, cozy living room, and half bath downstairs. Upstairs under the eaves is a sweet bedroom with queen bed and large bathroom. There is off-street parking for ONE car, washer/dryer in basement, heat in winter and a/c window units in summer. This house is old and charming but does not come with tv, dishwasher. The ceilings are low and the stairs are very steep, so please take that into account. Owned by an artist/author couple who travel a lot and rent out the house when we are not there. We love to have guests who appreciate and love our sweet home as much as we do. Well behaved pet is welcome with approval.
