The home is designed to hold large families/gatherings. 8+ bedrooms and 3rd floor gathering space with fantastic ocean views are key features. For over a decade it has hosted dozens of families' summer gatherings, reunions and shore vacations. This second back home is set on a beautiful guarded beach which is equally great for kids and adults. The majority of vacationers return year after year. Two full kitchens, two laundry areas, plentiful decking, 3+ indoor gathering areas and a unique design are some of the property features. The home has the unique ability to bring your entire crew together and offer the opportunity to escape to quiet spaces. Sunsets , the breaking Barnegat Light shoals, the dunes, miles of pristine beach, sunrises, Barnegat Lighthouse and sailboats in the inlet are part of the stunning visions your family will treasure. One of the larger homes on the north end with 8 bedrooms (15 beds) , 3 pull out couches and a futon we suggest up to 24 guests.
The traditional weekly rental is Friday to Friday. Peak weekly rates near $11,000 per week from early July to mid-August. Weekly rates lower in May, June, September, October and November. We now accept partial week rentals and we are a great property for wedding guests and gatherings.
Sheets are provided on all beds. Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am.
