Opening September 2024! Enjoy yourself in this vintage-themed cozy cottage, while enjoying a classic on the record player. Less than 1 hour from NYC, enjoy your home away from home in this newly renovated cottage in a peaceful lake community. Walking distance to some of the lake's top attractions such as Jefferson House, Windlass, Alice's, Miss Lotta, Lake Hopatcong Adventure Co & Golf Club. Less than 10 mins to Hopatcong State Park, 10 mins from Rockaway Mall, and 30 mins to Mountain Creek.
Lee's Cottage is newly renovated with a warm & cozy feel with dates opening in September 2024.
There is 1 bedroom, sleeps 2 with a queen bed. If you are in need of a crib or highchair, please let me know and I will have it setup upon arrival. Get comfy in the living room on the sleeper sofa (turns into a full-size bed) while enjoying the 55" Smart TV and classic hits on the record player. We offer Disney+ & Hulu to all our guests, feel free to log into your own accounts for other streaming services. The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen tools & essentials. As a chef myself, I wanted to make sure one has the tools to make anything they want to. If there is something specific you are looking for, please reach out to me!
Located on a multi-unit property, this is the rear cottage with a private entrance and parking spot. We also have an outdoor firepit and patio with a small patio table for your use.
There is no street parking. There is a designated driveway which can hold 1-car max.
We are located within minutes of lake activities for you to enjoy. Walking distance to some of the lake's top attractions such as Jefferson House, Windlass, Alice's, Miss Lotta, Lake Hopatcong Adventure Co & Golf Club. There are multiple marinas within minutes driving where you can rent a boat or launch your own. We are 5 minutes away from Lee's Marina, another park where you can launch your boat for a daily fee. The best place to swim is at Mt Arlington Beach or Hopatcong State Park. Please check out my guidebook for more marina & swimming locations in the area.
Looking for a memorable experience? We offer culinary experiences such as a private chef to make a birthday dinner even more special, have a ladies night with wine & chocolate dessert making, or order custom treats/charcuterie boards. Please reach out to me for more details.
Note: Have more than 2 guests? Ask me about renting our front house that is also located on the property (max up to 10 guests). We also have another location in the area that can accommodate up to 4. Please contact me if interested.

Guest Access: Guests have use of the entire unit except for the pantry located in the closet, which is locked. Please note the property is shared with a house and a studio, in which access is not permitted (unless you are renting it too). Smoking is not permitted in the house. You can smoke outside in the backyard and front deck.
