This rental unit is a perfect comfortable home to visit and relax. A stay at Olandt House is like a visit to a best friend's home. A best friend who is orderly, organized and pays attention to details.

BASIC RENTAL INCLUDES
beach tags, kitchen dish cloths, kitchen towels, mattress pads, bedspreads, quilts, beach towels, bath towels and mats and basic household supplies.
For health and safety, rentals are smoke free! And while the owners are pet lovers, in deference to tenant allergies, and local sand fleas, the home are pet free!
You and your family are responsible for leaving the home clean at your departure but we also sanitize between each tenant. If you would like linen service, maid service or cleaning help, this must be contracted in advance of your stay due to the shortage of qualified help during our busy summer season.
CHECK IN TIME is Saturday 3 PM to 5 PM (no early check-in)
CHECK OUT TIME is by 10 AM
So sorry but for the safety of renters my housekeepers need ample time to complete sanitizing the home as well as use of the limited driveway space. If you need ice for your coolers the ice house is 2 blocks away. And if you need restroom facilities there is one on our promenade near the center of town
We are a nice couple who have adult children, grandchildren and pets. This rental home is the most wonderful place that surrounds you with a joyful spirit. There are interesting antiques and surprises throughout. If you think sand belongs at the beach, and love linens and lace, we may have your perfect vacation home.
THE PERFECT GUEST

- Vacuums or sweeps all floors
- Replaces burned out light bulbs (found in home)
- Replaces worn/missing felt pads on furniture (found in home)
- Wipes up refrigerator/freezer spills, crumbs & fingerprints
- Self cleans oven final night & wipes up top spills
- Grill is cleaned of food debris & grease. Propane turned off & grill cover replaced
- Hoses off porch & porch furniture
- Empties & relines waste baskets (liners in house)
- Sorts trash. Promptly removed from house & placed in cans with lids. No overflowing
- Does laundry - all week long - mattress pads, pillow protectors, towels, throws, blankets & quilts. All can go in washer & dryer
- Wipes up bath rooms daily. The changeover crew scours, scrubs, uses toothbrushes, toilet bowl scrubs, glass cleaner & serious chemicals each week. BUT with a houseful of people using the bathrooms every day…bathrooms cannot return to awesome each week unless every rental group keeps them clean with frequent sprays of scrubbing bubbles, glass cleaner and daily maintenance (supplies in home)
