This home sits on a tree-lined lot about five miles from downtown McCall, in a beautiful setting overlooking the meadow, forest, and hills. You'll have ample space to take in the outdoors yet you can also reach Payette Lake, Ponderosa State Park, and McCall's many shops and restaurants in a few miles' drive.
The outdoor space is something special here, with a covered patio wrapping around the rear of the house. There's an outdoor kitchen with a built-in gas grill, a patio table where you can dine at golden hour, and an outdoor fireplace to snuggle up to in the evenings for s'mores and stories with the kids.
One of the best features of the house is how it provides space for both togetherness and privacy. The great room is one of the gathering spaces, with leather furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a Roku TV waiting beneath two-story ceilings. Adjoining the great room is a beautiful kitchen with a Wolf range, a chef's refrigerator, and other stainless steel appliances.
