The upstairs owner's suite bedroom has 2 queen beds. Also on this level is a full hall bath, laundry area, and another bedroom with two twin beds.

On the main level there is a bedroom with two twin beds and a bedroom with two full beds. These bedrooms share a full bathroom. This bathroom has a separate room for the toilet which adds privacy for a large group!

The house offers a two-car gravel driveway behind the house. Street parking is also free.

The secret phrase is "Java Jive" which is a local coffee shop and wine shop!
• Please check that you entered your guest count when submitting an inquiry or reservation (it should not be 1). Infants aged 1 and under do not count towards the guest count.
• We prefer that the person booking is the person who will be arriving first for check-in. If you will not be the first to check-in, know that you will need to provide instructions to your friend, and provide the name of your friend to us.
• Please do not smoke inside the house or outside anywhere on the property.
• Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the home during your stay unless you have opted for the party add-on. Even day guests need to be included in the guest count.
• Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Wipes and other products must be placed in the trash can provided.
• Stained or ripped sheets, stained towels, and missing items will be charged to you after your stay at replacement cost.
• An unplanned late check-out will be $50 per hour.

• Stays of 28 days or longer will require a mid-stay cleaning for $150. It is for the kitchen, living room, hallways, and hall bathrooms. We skip the bedrooms for privacy for the mid-stay cleaning.

• Pets accepted! Make sure to add your pet as a pet guest to see the pet fee.
