Located within the gated and secured (24/7) community of StillWaters on Lake Martin (Alabama), this condominium offers you and your family breathtaking views of the lake with deep water access just steps away from your patio.
The main entrance from the parking lot is a gentle sloping walkway up to the complex breezeway. From the breezeway, the condo front entrance is down one flight of stairs with 17 steps. The front door is a key less entry dead-bolt lock for easy access (no key required). The back entrance from the parking lot is a gentle sloping sidewalk winding around the side of the complex (with no steps) leading to the condo patio. This patio entrance is what most people prefer for loading and unloading their cars. The patio door is lockable with a provided key. This sidewalk also leads straight to the outdoor grilling area, pier, and boat docks. A boat slip is provided with this rental, directly in front of the condo, that has Sav-A-Dock installed for maximum protection for your boat. .
The "private patio" includes comfortable wicker furniture overlooking the lake. As a walk-out unit with sliding glass doors, this provides for spectacular views of the lake from the den, kitchen, and patio.
The condo comfortably sleeps 5 adults with 1 large bedroom (king), day bed (double), and a trundle bed (twin). The unit is furnished as a lived-in home with the décor of a lake side theme.
The living Room (den) has upgraded furniture (couch, love seat, and recliner). We have a new Luxury Vinyl Tile floor in bedroom.
This vacation rental includes a Rental Agreement between the host and the guest. This Rental Agreement is not meant as a restrictive measure on you (our valuable guest). The Rental Agreement is utilized as a communication vehicle to detail the expectations during the rental period.
There are ample common areas (lakeside) for relaxing, grilling, and just enjoying the lake views. You can grill, swim, sunbathe, fish, float, and relax in the lake right in front of your condo.
The condo has over 850 square feet of space for you and your family or guests. There is one large bedroom including a king size bed and TV. The large bathroom connects to the bedroom and hallway. There is a full-size kitchen with all the amenities of home including stainless steel appliances and Corian countertops. From the den there, is a day bed (double sleeps 2) and there is a memory foam trundle bed underneath that sleeps one adult or 2 children. The Condo can easily sleep 5 adults.
Worried about wet swimsuits, towels, and clothes? Did you get wet or did someone throw you in the Lake? Yes, there is a washer and dryer in the condo including an ironing board and iron. While you wait on your clothes to dry, you can relax in the over sized jetted tub.
Do not worry at all about renting this condo on the Lake during the cooler months. You will stay comfortable and cozy with the gas fireplace right below the monster screen TV.
There are 2 TVs supplied both streaming You Tube Live for your TV channels. One in the bedroom and then the monster TV in the Den. Maybe you would like to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime. Just switch the smart TVs to your favorite movie source - no sign in required for the streaming services.
High-speed WiFi (200+ Mb) is also supplied throughout the condo and patio.

The closest and most convenient boat ramp is Harbor Point Marina. There is a charge for each ramp use, but the marina is only 1 mile from the condo. Please pay attendant inside the Marina store. Ramp closes at 4:30 pm (Spring, Summer) and 4:00 pm (Fall and Winter).
A boat dock slip is available (#513) at the condo - requires 14 days advance notice.
