The Space:
Cozy lake cottage with an open layout and incredible lake views from almost every window! With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a wrap around porch that is almost 500 square feet of space, perfect for outdoor gatherings for family and friends to enjoy. This home has a living room as well as an upstairs loft, each with a couch and plenty of extra little nooks and a workspace and desk in the main bedroom which can be used for a remote work space.
Almost 2 acres of yards pace for children and pets to run around and play and a tree swing for added fun. The fire pit overlooking the lake from the yard is one of the favorite features of the home. It sits adjacent from the side deck with picnic tables, cafe style table andchairs, and a BBQ grill. We provide 2 kayaks with trolleys to take to the boat launch right across the street at the quaint bridge. Fishing is permitted at the lake within NY state guidelines.
We take pride in our home! We invite you to relax and soak in the experience of nature all around...the babbling water cascading over the gentle waterfall heard from the porch...the chirping of birds...and gentle breeze of the spring and summer...and the crisp cool air of the winter and fall.
