THE RENOVATION
We are reimagining La Casita from the studs up. When you arrive, you will step into a completely brand-new home. The highlight is the new open-concept living space, where wall-to-wall glass doors slide away to connect the living room directly to the ocean breeze and your private deck.

- Indoor/Outdoor Living: The heart of the home features a massive floor-to-ceiling sliding glass wall that vanishes to seamlessly blend the living room with the private deck. It is the ultimate California coastal experience.
- Gourmet Chef’s Kitchen: A culinary haven featuring custom designer cabinetry, pristine quartz countertops, and a suite of high-end stainless steel appliances. Fully stocked for everything from morning espresso to sunset dinner parties.
- Spa-Inspired Bathrooms: Completely gutted and reimagined with modern tile work, designer fixtures, and bright, airy lighting to create a sanctuary after a day at the beach.
OUTDOOR & PARKING
- Parking: 2 Dedicated spots located vertically on the right side of the driveway.
- EV Charging: Access to a shared Level 2 charger.
- Laundry: Access to washer/dryer on the property.
Timeline: The home is currently a construction zone and will be 100% completed and styled by May 1st.

Check-in / Check-out: Check-in after 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM unless otherwise approved.
Occupancy: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No parties or events.
Noise: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the unit or near doors/windows.
Pets: Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly units and must be approved in advance.
Bikes: Complimentary bikes are available for guest use where provided. Ride at your own risk, secure bikes when not in use, and return them in the same condition.
Parking: Park only in designated areas as outlined in your arrival instructions.
Care of Property: Please treat the home with care and report any damage or issues promptly.
Trash & Dishes: Please dispose of trash and wash dishes before departure.
Safety: Do not tamper with smoke detectors, safety equipment, or utility systems.
Failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges or removal without refund.
