Welcome home to our spacious Dutch Colonial in the heart of Bala Cynwood (20 mins from Philadelphia). The property features 4 beds, 3.5 baths, a finished basement with play area & a stunning backyard. We are on a beautiful tree lined street, conveniently located near numerous restaurants, shopping destinations & places of worship.
This is a Kosher property & it is important that meat/dairy & the items they touch are kept separate from each other. Feel free to inquire if you have any questions!
The property features 4 levels. Upon entering, you are brought to the center hall and main level of the home. Here you will find the living room, updated kitchen (with breakfast nook), formal dining room, powder room and access to the basement and backyard.
The finished basement is ideal for the whole family, and has a sitting area, TV, play area and laundry room with washer/dryer.
Once back on the main floor, you can head to the upper levels. The 2nd floor has the primary bedroom, full hall bath and 2 additional bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, vanity/work space and mounted TV.
On the 3rd and final floor, you will find the 4th bedroom (with TV) and another full bath.
The exterior of the home is beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The home sits back from the street, has front/back yards and an open front porch. The backyard can be conveniently accessed from the kitchen and features a large patio with 2 sitting areas. There is a pergola, outside dining set, grill and swing play-set.

This is a fully-outfitted Kosher home with designated plateware, utensils and items for meat/dairy. It is imperative that in house signage is read and respected.
