This rental features a queen size private bedroom, a sleeper sofa, a u-shaped dinette table that turns into a full XL bed, and a second bedroom with up to 5 bunk beds. This rental has 2 slide outs that opens up the living area and the bunk bedroom area.
WHAT IS PROVIDED IN EVERY RENTAL:
Keurig coffee station with coffee, tea, hot cocoa, sugar, creamer, all dinnerware, cookware, kitchenware (plates, regular and coffee cups, bowls, utensils, pots and pans, knives, spatulas, peelers, slicers, scissors, etc.), toaster, ice cube trays, salt, pepper, towels, wash cloths, hand towels, sheets, pillows, extra blankets, dish soaps, hand soaps, paper towels, garbage bags, tin foil, special rv toilet paper, toilet deodorizers, games/coloring books for children, Smart TV, portable fans, flashlights, cleaning supplies, first aid kit, 6 Foot table, outdoor grill with propane tank, lights around awning, outdoor mat, camping chairs, use of (1) 20 Lb. propane tank, optional generator, etc. Leave all your extras at home!
*NO SHOES ON CARPET AREAS (Bunk bedroom/Kitchen/Dining Room)!!! $250 Fee for any stains on carpet
*Smoking is not permitted in any of my campers. The security deposit will not be returned if this occurs.
*Pets are allowed FOR A FEE. If pets are in camper and not paid for, fee will be taken from security deposit.
*NOTHING but supplied RV toilet paper and your waste flushed in the toilet
*Early Check-in (Before 3:00 pm) is an extra fee
