Includes 6 beach badges, towels, chairs and beach cart for weeks (or weekends) of fun at the beach! This Winter, we are doing a major backyard renovation and have added a playhouse, outdoor shower and cement patio. Looking for guests to stay for 30 days or more.
Walking distance to Point Creamery, Etta Mae's, The Cookie Lady's Cafe, FINS, Idle Hour Restaurant & Bar, Walgreens, Woodchucks BBQ, Anytime Fitness. 3 miles from the beach in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. NOTE: you will have to ride bikes or drive to the beach. It is not walking distance for most people.
Please inquire if you would like the home to be pre-stocked with groceries upon your arrival OR if you would like private professional chef services during your stay (both at an additional cost).
This property was renovated in 2019. Open concept with living room, dining and kitchen all in the same big room. The dining area has seating for ten people (including breakfast bar) inside or outside. Several people can cook and hangout at the kitchen island. Ample parking in the driveway and on the street.
The bedrooms include (A) King size bed, (B) queen sized bed, (C) bunk beds and a trundle. There is also a queen sized Murphy bed for use in the living/dining room area.
There are necessities for children including books and a pack n' play (multiple can be provided upon request). There are board games (Settlers of Catan, Cards Against Humanity, Taboo) and puzzles.
