This second-tier home is perfectly situated across the street from the beach access and just a few houses down from one of the two neighborhood pools making it easy to enjoy all the amenities of Morgantown. The oversized front deck will allow you to make the most of the water views and famous Alabama sunsets. And because fridge space is always at a premium during vacation, you will be delighted to see two full sized refrigerators.
The Space
From the moment you walk through the front door of The Grammont, you will know that you are not on just another beach vacation. You have come home to a place that openly embraces the enchantment of the Gulf Coast. The decor of the living and dining area soothing and the furnishings are inviting. A full kitchen awaits you should you choose to prepare simple meals. Or check out the restaurants in the area where you'll find a wide variety of cuisines.
There is a Queen bedroom with full private bath (shower) on the main level. On the second level you'll discover a large, stately primary bedroom with king bed, full bath (tub/shower combo) and balcony access. There is also a cozy chair in this room to catch up on reading or just enjoy some quiet time. And you will love this second level balcony! The perfect spot to catch the sunset or star gaze in the evening.
The upper-level bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two twins both have access to the upper, north facing deck. These two rooms share a hall bath (tub/shower combo).

Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.
Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain, and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.
