Only 5 miles from world-famous Chautauqua Institution, 9 miles from the National Comedy Center and numerous other local adventures. The perfect combination of tranquility with close-access to all the excitement the area has to offer. Ideal for family fun with outdoor features: fire pit, swimming pool, kayak, fishing, bikes, zip line, basketball hoop and yard games. Please note: Although, we guarantee you'll love our property and our 2004 home valued at 1/2 million....we want to be honest and up front, that our house is also very "well-loved" and worn-in by a busy family with four messy boys. We will clean, but if you're looking for perfection, our place is not for you.
