This cottage is a 2 minute boat ride to Johnson Bay, the deepest part of the lake. There is new dock with large swimming platform, new custom flagstone pathway and patio. New patio furniture with a fire table is awaiting you! This home offers beautiful waterfront views. You can enjoy swimming in the wide channel as well as have room for your boat and lake toys. There is a Sitting area and gazebo with another fire pit at the water's edge.
We now offer a 22' Bennington Pontoon boat for rent! Our charge is 25% off of Marina prices! Marinas charge $400-450 per day so our charge is $300 per day! We charge one day less than your stay even though you have access to the boat from check in to check out@! A 3 night stay would constitute a 2 day charge - $600 total. Full boat at the pier waiting for you, just leave it full at the pier when you are done! Feel free to ask any questions you have. Pictures of the boat are included in this listing.
