This home is located in Oakland Hills within Historic Collier Heights. Park under the carport or in driveway. Enter through the front door into the modern living room with open concept kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals.
Relax and socialize while you are in the kitchen. Right off of the breakfast area is a very large covered patio, a perfect area to gather and relax. Upstairs you will find the office, two bedrooms each with a queen bed, and two full baths. The primary suite awaits you with a luxurious full bathroom en-suite.
On the lower level is a multipurpose room outfitted with a TV, conference table and chairs for strategy forums or meetings. The table can be removed to use the space for a small yoga class, dance rehearsal or bring in your band for a jam session. This level also features a full bath and laundry room with a door to the backyard.
In total the house is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom split-level ranch. Two of the bedrooms have beds and the other two bedrooms are meeting rooms or event spaces.

This is a residential area with great access to I-20 and I-285. It is called Collier Heights. It is mostly 3 to 4 bedroom ranch and split level homes built in the 1960s.
The home is conveniently located 10-15 minutes to Mercedes Benz Stadium and Downtown Atlanta. You may park in the carport and on the driveway. You can drive your own car or easily take Uber or Lyft to get around.

• Check-out is at 11:00am ET or earlier.

• An unplanned late check-out will be $50 per hour.
• Stays of 28 days or longer will require a mid-stay cleaning for $150. It is for the kitchen, living room, hallways, and hall bathroom. We skip the bedrooms for privacy for the mid-stay cleaning.
