Upstairs, you’ll find four generously sized bedrooms, including a luxurious primary suite with an attached bathroom and a beautiful walk-through closet. The remaining three bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub and shower.
Downstairs offers even more living space with a king bedroom, a dedicated office, two living rooms, a well-appointed kitchen, dining room, half bath, and laundry room.
Step out into the backyard oasis, recently transformed with an in-ground fire pit, rubber mulch play area, and a brand-new play set—ideal for cozy nights or fun-filled afternoons.
You’ll have access to two of the three garage stalls, plus ample driveway space for parking campers, boats, and additional vehicles.
You will have the full 2 upper floors (main and upstairs)
One other important thing to note is that we have turned the basement of the house into as separate apartment unit. There is access to the basement from the garage. There is no access to the house from the basement and vise versa. We occasionally use the basement apartment when we need to stay in Green Bay. One of our employees may also occasionally use the basement apartment.
