Summary: I wanted to say how much I loved my stay at your hotel however the rooftop patio with the black fake rug or tarp almost took my life when I tripped on the edges that are not held down to the floor. That is definitely a hazard for guests. The bungalows are really nice as well except the cleaning staff does not do a great job cleaning the rooms thoroughly. The bathroom had little dead bugs in the shower and under the bed was so dirty dusty and had trash underneath. It was very disappointing. Also, if a guests books a room and the hotel knows they have rented out the restaurant patio and outside area to a huge party we should be notified before hand to have the chance to decide if that type of noise is something you want when paying for what you thought was a quiet hotel in a remote area.
