Positive: Diane and Erik are the most thoughtful, generous, attentive hosts. We were a group of scholars coming from all over the world to attend a conference at Cornell. So several languages, several arrival times--not easy to get organized. Yet Diane and Erik communicated with all of us with patience and solicitude. There were no glitches with check in and all our many questions were answers promptly and helpfully. The house itself is wonderful, too: it was extremely clean and had every comfort. We especially enjoyed all the ample shared spaces to spend time together, and having a double bed in each room was also lovely (and the beds were extremely comfortable)! And another touch that impressed us all: there were USB ports on all the bedside tables (so no need for adapters for those of us who came from Europe). Throughout our stay, the communication with Diane and Erik was excellent and very fluid. We wish we could have stayed for much longer in their beautiful house in this beautiful part of the USA.
