The dock also has a floating dock, suitable for launching the ocean kayaks (there are 2 large ocean kayaks, paddles and life vests) to explore the other lagoons and the neighboring federally-protected Edwin Forsythe Wildlife Refuge, that is both remarkable and well-known for observing a wide variety of birds, ducks, fish, turtles, crabs and mussels, while also providing unobstructed, priceless, sunsets. The sunrises (and moonrises) over the backyard are equally impressive. The backyard also features a large outdoor shower and screened-in gazebo. This split-level home has a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, family room, living room, and half-bath on the first floor, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs; Cable TV, WIFI, central AC, gas barbecue grill, washer/ dryer.
