A hot tub spa, horse arena and boarded horses on the property, 1 mile hiking trail and first class barn/wedding venue are available to visit with each reservation.
**DRIVING DIRECTIONS: PLEASE enter at the Black large Holston Springs sign (see photos of property for the sign at the entrance) at the CORNER of Wooddale Church Rd. and Mccubbins Rd. This is down the hill to the left, do NOT enter into a chain link fence even if the map says you have arrived. That's the incorrect location. Look for and follow the signs please.
This is a brand new private residence on a 5-star property. It functions as a weddings and events venue as well. If it is available for your dates, the property will be vacant for you to enjoy undisturbed!
