Summary: Had a bit of miscommunication between the type of room I booked vs what we were provided. Mariah at the front desk was so very sweet and patient and she worked very hard to make things right! We had a great time and her customer service went a long way to making a potentially uncomfortable/frustrating stay, just perfect for us. Thank you Mariah.
