Summary: There were fruit flies in the room, it was just a few so I didn't complain but it was noticeable. The property is listed as having pull out couches in the room. They do not. The property doesn't have any rooms like that. When I told the staff member that was specifically why I booked the room. I was told the only solution was to book a second room if I needed 3 beds. No offer was made to make it right, provide any accommodation or anything by way of apologies. Either book another room or suck it up. As a result one of my kids spent 2 nights sleeping on the floor. I understand roll away beds aren't a thing in NY state so there is little that could have been done to fix the issue. However the complete lack of concern or interest other then proving they don't have those sorts of rooms was off putting. The desk in the room also provided no power at all making it useless for long term working sessions. In addition the hotel restaurant was terrible. The eggs were like rubber, the cereal was stale like Styrofoam, the orange juice tasted like soap. All that for nearly $100 for 3 people. Not at all worth it. On the upside the pool is fantastic and the room it self was very comfortable. The hotel can clearly do better, the service we experienced was sub par given the very high price for the room.
