12 minutes from PSU and Beaver Stadium. 3 BR, 1.5 Bath sleeps 6 adults this home has a large equipped island kitchen, a spacious backyard with a fenced in-ground pool. and a fire pit.
This charming 2 stories colonial farmhouse sits on 10 acres of private property minutes from popular establishments of historic Bellefonte. This home gives you the perfect amount of peace and quiet, with breathtaking views from a large front porch overlooking a pond.
Each bedroom is furnished with its own queen size bed and dresser.
Entire 2nd floor is for our guests. Owner's suite off kitchen on 1st floor and garage off limits. Horses behind fence are friendly.
AlumLodge is here to ensure that you have what you and your party need for your stay. No request is crazy. Just ask and we will see what you can do for you. We are PSU fans and love sharing our alma mater with our guests.
Private animal retreat. All horses are kept in the barn on the property. 2 mature dogs and cats stay with the owner in a suite on the main floor. The owner is there for animal caretaking. All guest requests will be handled by property managers AlumLodge.
Plenty of parking on site.
The owner is open to requests for horse experience or cooking breakfast for you in the morning. Just give us advanced notice of the request.
Deep pool at property, swimming at guests own risk. Pool is fenced 4 sides. Parents responsible for watching their children and owner holds no responsibility.
Respect all animals on property as these are rescued animals and the owner's babies.
