Whether with family or friends, our house is the place for you! Enjoy relaxing nights outdoors in the hot tub and by the pool at this quiet getaway. No matter if your visit is for Tulip Time, a family vacation or outing with friends, you will love the Michigan summer at our great home. *Pool is open May 22-September 31*. Quiet getaway in the winter as well. Locally owned and managed.

Our wonderful home sleeps 10 in bedrooms, but can accommodate 14 with futons. It is approximately 1800 square feet with family room, dining room, sun room, front porch, and back porch. Enjoy home cooked meals in the fully stocked kitchen; microwave, coffee maker(non Keurig), utensils, pots, pans, and basic spices. There is plenty of space to relax inside with the air conditioning. The basement has a full washer and dryer for your use. Board games and ping pong table for rainy days. Wi-Fi for the whole house. Roku Streaming stick in the family room, primary bedroom, and back porch (access to basic channels, Netflix & Hulu provided). Amazon fire stick in sun room for Netflix, Disney Plus, etc (login not provided).
Exciting backyard! You will love the heated private pool. It has a diving board and the depth is 3 feet down to 9 feet. The hot tub seats 6-8! Outdoor propane grill for cooking. Outdoor deck and poolside seating for everyone. There is even a playset and play house for the little ones.
AREA
A brand new park with kayak launch and boat launch access is only 1 block away. Paisley pig restaurant and convenience store just 2 blocks away. Big Red Lighthouse is approximately a 2 mile walk. Downtown Holland is only 10 mins away with plenty of restaurants like Boatwerks or the famous New Holland Brewery. Ottawa state park 20 minute drive. Enjoy a fun ferry ride out to Lake Michigan as Saugatuck and Douglas are only 15 minutes away. The wonderful Oval beach is a 20 minute drive. Two smaller beaches are just 10 minutes away (Saugatuck state park and Laketown beach).

-Winter guests: It is an older house and room temperatures may vary up to 5 degrees from other rooms. If more than 2 inches of snow, owner will plow driveway and deck.
