The house is on a beautiful treelined street, walking distance from Gobel Park and all of Covington’s best restaurants and bars. 5 min drive to downtown Cincinnati, Great American Ballpark and Paul Brown Stadium. The first floor includes the living area with Smart TV and the dining area (dining table seats 6), hardwood floors throughout, a half bath and a large, fully stocked kitchen with an island, three barstools and quartz countertops.. On the second floor you will find a large master suite (queen bed) and walk in closet, bathroom with shower, double sinks and stackable washer & dryer. The second bedroom on this floor has a twin trundle bed that sleeps 2 and an attached bath with bathtub/shower. This is a great room for kids. The third floor is another large en suite bedroom (double bed) with a Smart TV and living space with a home office. An air mattress or pack & play can also be added to accommodate additional guests. The third floor bathroom features a great walk in shower. The basement is unfinished, but has plenty of space for storage.
Outdoor space - There is a patio behind the house with a table and chairs for four. A string of edison lights makes the space festive in the evenings. A Weber gas grill is available for use.
Parking - Off street parking for one car directly behind the house. On street parking for additional cars is available directly in front of the house.
