Relax and enjoy this river front property.Bring the family for evenings around the fire. Enjoy croquet on the lawn, trout fishing or kayaking on the creek.

The house is in a small private community. There are neighbors close by so please be respectful. There are push bikes and a kayak for your enjoyment.
There is 1 twin kayak and 5 single kayaks, all have life vests and paddles. No permit is required for launching.
There are 14 bikes in total. 1 has training wheels on; 3 are for ages 6-10 and the rest will suit adults or larger youth.
Covered deck, with rails and gate, leading down steps to back yard. Has double swing hammock and Pit Boss Electric Smoker grill with pellets included. Guests can download the Smoke IT app.
All parts of the house. There is off street parking in the front of the house.
This is a quiet private neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
You will need your own transportation. The rails to trails bike trail is close by. Bring your own bikes to enjoy.
There are push bikes, a kayak, and a BBQ/Smoker for your enjoyment. There is a Pine Creek Rail Trail access close by if you want to hike/bike. Pine Creek is well stocked annually with Trout. Please be aware of local permitting regulations.
The grill is a smoker. You can use it manually or download the SMOKE IT APP from Pit Boss and connect to it using WIFI.
It will cook on high to do burgers etc. But low & slow smoke setting for larger cuts. The app also has recipes.
No automatic Sunday check in. Our cleaners do not clean on that day. Please request if needed.
