Summary: I requested and paid for a room with two beds and a pull out couch. When we arrived they put us in a room with double beds and no couch (there were 3 of us). I called the desk and they moved us to a room with a couch and king bed. When I called back down to let the lady know I had reserved a room with 2 beds and a couch she said they didn't have any of those at the hotel. I came back to see my reservation and it definitely said 2 beds with a couch. I was super disappointed as we do not share beds.
