Summary: I chose this hotel because of a rating above 8 on hotels.com. Definitely was disappointed. Hotel is dated and not very clean. Old carpet and stains on furniture in room. Hot tub was not working which is one of the main reasons closed doe repair. Upon looking at older reviews it’s been closed for months.
After going to bed we were woke up by a group of young people slamming doors and yelling and having a party in the room next to ours. After waiting an hour we callled the front desk. They called the room and it got worse. The front desk then told us there was nothing they could do and they couldn’t even move our room since the hotel was sold out. The group of guys continued their loud party until well after 1am. I’m not happy with the lack of sleep. Also, The lack of hotel enforcing quiet hours.
The breakfast in the morning wasn’t any good either.
I take several trips a month and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had all year.

Summary: I selected this hotel because of the price and its 4 star rating. But, the facility is very tired and worn. Regarding cleanliness, there were human hairs in multiple spots on the bathroom floor.
Staff was great and breakfast buffet was very good.

Summary: This property should be avoided at all costs. Old and dirty.Stayed the first night and the next morning door locks quit working. Went down twice trying to get in the room and was told they didn’t have us staying there as we were listed as no shows. At 4 pm check-in the day prior we were told our room wasn’t ready and didn’t know when it would be ready. After reloading our luggage… 5 minutes later…we were told they had a room. The room had a bad smell and furniture, carpet was dinged and dirty. Fridge freezer lid was broken and we couldn’t because it never showed us staying in that room? Confusing!There were gnats flying around food bar(health violation) Total disappointment in this particular property!

Summary: The Hampton Inn was an affordable hotel choice that offered clean beds and bathroom for our family of five, great service (a roll-away bed was ready upon our arrival), and a complimentary, tasty, filling breakfast every morning. Summary: Clean and fine. Stayed for a baseball tournament- kids everywhere, but we were part of that problem. No complaints other than the incredibly rude breakfast/coffee woman. Really? You work 3-4 hours a day and can’t handle? It’s not just a matter of clocking in—YOU HAVE TO DO YOUR JOB! she definitely doesn’t belong in the hospitality industry
