Summary: The electricity went out for a little while, which was ok bc they had a generator that allowed some of the electric to work. But there was also no water. I realize these things are out of their control, but they handled the situation very poorly. No offer of refund or credit. After 16 hours of no water decided to check out and go to another hotel. They said they might charge me bc I checked out too late. It’s not like they could have used the room for someone else anyway. I’d expect better customer service from a chain like Hampton/Hilton
