Summary: We had a very mixed experience during our stay.
When we first checked in, our room keys didn’t work. After going back to the front desk, we were told that the lock on that room was broken. The staff moved us to another floor and gave us a goodie bag for the inconvenience, which we appreciated.
In the new room, however, we ran into more problems. The shower handle spun all the way around, making it unusable, and the sink faucet wasn’t attached to the base—both were broken. We notified the front desk immediately. Again, the staff was very friendly and gave us another goodie bag. They offered to send maintenance, but since we were leaving the room and didn’t want anyone in with our belongings, we declined. The front desk clerk told us to mention the issues again at checkout so management could follow up with compensation.
Unfortunately, when we checked out, the staff at the desk had no idea about the situation. They took our phone number and said the manager would reach out, but we never heard from anyone.
On the positive side, the hotel was clean, the staff we interacted with were kind and apologetic, and it seems they are making efforts to update the property. The location was convenient—about 20 minutes from the Atlantic City boardwalk.
Overall, while the staff tried to make up for the inconveniences, the repeated maintenance issues and lack of follow-through from management left us disappointed.

Summary: I used the app they recommended to use so I downloaded it. The digital key opened the side door but not my room. Outside trash laying around including a lot of liqueur bottles. No doggie bags at either pet station. People at front desk very friendly and kind. Let us have late check out. Gym was pretty nice to get a quick workout in. Breakfast was good. Just a lot of stuff out of stock so had to constantly ask for things to be refilled. The waffles are so yummy! Room was spacious. Carpet was dirty if u walked around bare foot, which we never do, ur feet would be black. Husband literally ran to get flips after shower because he forgot them and feet were black, so back in the shower. Bed was comfortable and room ac got cold which we loved! Staff was very friendly and helpful 🙂

Summary: Not bad, but not good.
We were a group of ten celebrating a Birthday during the July 4th weekend.
Made reservations for three rooms.
Reservations were for Handicapped accessible rooms since two members of the group cannot get in and out of bathtubs.
Arrived at 3:00pm, which is supposed to be checkin time. One of the three rooms was ready. The two other rooms were not ready until 4:15. No compensation or apology was offered for taking over an hour from us.
Also requested adjoining rooms and told people already checked in got those rooms. How did they checkin before three when that is the time of checkin?
All three rooms were not accessible and all three had tubs. We requested at least one room with the walk in shower and told the hotel was full.
The three rooms were on two floors and all far apart. Made things inconvenient for us as a group.
The hotel is also under renovation and this was not mentioned during booking. There were tools and paint and dust and loose wall paper all over the halls and elevator banks. The workers were looking at us like we were in their way, which made things very unpleasant. if you have young children, which we had a toddler in the group this was not safe at all.
Hotel says pool is open from 7:00 am to 10:00pm. Tried to go in at 11:00 am one day and it was closed for cleaning. It opened again after 12:00, but why clean the pool during the day?
Overall, just a lot of inconveniences that I wish we didn't have to deal with.

Summary: Currently the hotel is under renovation and it does look like it
The people are very friendly and are trying to be as accommodating as they can
Upon checking in John informed us that there was an issue with our hotel room door and he will try to fix it and unfortunately because there are sold out he could not put us in a different room. As promised once we got back from dinner the door was fixed and he was very apologetic about it and handled that to the best of his ability which we very much appreciate
