You'll have the whole guest house above the garage to yourself featuring a private entrance, and private parking. Surrounded by woods and secluded from neighbors- not as private from us, although guests often come and go without us seeing them.
We allow SMALL breed pets but ask that you please keep them off the furniture and there's a $45 pet fee (one time, per pet)
Feel free to use the yard and campfire area or go for a walk in the woods. We have 5 children who are active when we are home. Midterm rental considered.
In the beautiful Perry County mountains away from the busy cities but not too far from the main routes. Enjoy a 1/4-mile walk to the end of our drive and watch the Alpacas play in the meadow! Or sit on the front deck and watch for wildlife in the woods!.
We are 30 minutes from Carlisle and about 35 minutes from Harrisburg.
If we are home the kids will likely be playing outside some of the time. We ask them to respect the guests' privacy but they are kids and love making noise:)
