We welcome you to enjoy our newly remodeled home at 4 South Beach Lane in the beautiful South Beach area of Sea Pines! We know you'll enjoy this beautiful vacation home as much as our family does! It's a short 300 yard walk to the beach from our sixth row home down the private beach path. We're on the 'Ocean side' of South Beach and on the least crowded area of the Hilton Head beach! Make sure you look for the dolphins and many wonderful wildlife that grace this beautiful island.
We've recently remodeled our home, new beds, new deck furniture, new AC unit, and new roof and paint job inside and out in 2023. Updated the kitchen with new appliances, granite counter tops, and updating all bathrooms in 2021. New great room furniture, refinished the hardware floors, and resurfaced the pool and deck in 2020. The home features a large private pool. Wireless high speed internet with High Def and Smart TV's in every bedroom and big screen High Def Smart TVs in the great room and in the downstairs den just off the pool (great spot for Dad to catch the games while on vacation). There's two master bedrooms upstairs both with king-size beds and en suite bathrooms and then there's two additional bedrooms downstairs each with (2) twin beds. There are also two twin roll away beds for kids that can be pulled out when needed to sleep up to 10 (if 2 are small children). So 8 are in beds in bedrooms, then 2 more in rollaway beds that can be placed in bedroom or the den. 10 is an acceptable number of guests only if 2 or more are smaller children that can sleep on the rollaways or in air mattresses/sleeping bags with mom and dad or with other kids in a room together.
All prime season spring/summer/early fall reservations have a Saturday turnover so all reservations during prime season have a minimum 1 week stay with a Saturday check in date and a Saturday check out date. We offer additional discounts for off season bookings, especially for multiple week stays, and are flexible on check in and check out dates during the off season.
Our home is professionally managed and our property manager is available 24/7 and lives near our home if you need any help during your stay. We can help with reservations at various activities such as golf, tennis, dolphin watching tours, bike rentals, wave runners, water skiing, powerboat and sailboat rentals, etc.
You will have full access to golf at the three beautiful golf courses in Sea Pines including Harbour Town Golf Links (home of the PGA Tour's RBC Heritage Classic), our favorite Atlantic Dunes Course just remodeled by Davis Love III, and the newly re-designed Pete Dye Heron Point course. There are many other courses you can play on the island including The Trent Jones Ocean Course at Palmetto Dunes (another personal favorite).
It's a short bike ride down to South Beach Marina featuring full or half day fishing trips, dolphin watching tours, restaurants, and of course the world famous Salty Dog Café, a must for every visit to enjoy the music, drinks, and fun for the whole family!
